Stan believes real growth starts with investing in the people and places too often left behind. On City Council, he’ll fight for economic development that prioritizes the 6th District by supporting small businesses, good jobs, expanding job training, financial literacy and education, and strengthening neighborhoods.
Stan believes true public safety comes from strong neighborhoods and trusted partnerships. He’ll support investments in mental health services, youth engagement, and job opportunities—while working alongside law enforcement to build transparency, accountability, and community trust.
As a longtime youth advocate and nonprofit leader, Stan knows the power of giving young people a chance. He’s seen firsthand how opportunity changes lives. He’ll support job training, after-school programs, mentorship, and funding for youth-serving organizations to help the next generation succeed and lead.
Stan is committed to expanding access to healthcare, mental health support, and healthy food in East Knoxville. He’ll push for walkable neighborhoods, clean air, and resources that promote wellness and dignity for every resident.
